INGREDIENTS

– 6-8 medium sized carrots, shredded
– 1 cup ghee
– 1 cup milk
– ¼ cup granulated sugar
– 2 tbsp. cashews or QB
– 2 tbsp. raisins or QB
– A pinch of cardamom powder

DIRECTIONS

In a large skillet, bring your ghee to a bubble and add in the shredded carrots. When the carrots are a beautiful golden brown add in your milk and bring it to a bubble and let it reduce. Now it’s time to add the sugar, cashews, raisins, and cardamom powder, give it a good stir and remove from heat. Serve warm or hot. Serves 6.
