With espresso, hazelnut liqueur, grappa and a scoop of chocolate gelato, you can serve this Italian-style coffee as an after dinner drink or dessert.

INGREDIENTS

– 1/2 ounce grappa
– 1/2 ounce hazelnut liqueur
– 1 to 2 shots freshly brewed espresso
– 1 scoop chocolate gelato
– 2 tbsp. whipped cream
– Grated chocolate or cocoa powder
– 1 tbsp. chopped hazelnuts, toasted

DIRECTIONS

Add grappa, hazelnut liqueur and espresso to espresso cup or serving glass. Top with scoop of gelato and garnish with whipped cream, chocolate and chopped hazelnuts.

Yield: 1 serving
