1/4 cup diced candied orange
4 cups granola
4 cups mixed berries
4 cups Greek yogurt
Maple syrup, to taste
1 cup toasted coconut
Sprig of mint, for garnishing (optional)


Combine candied orange and granola. Set aside.

In a 3-litre trifle dish, add in layers: mixed berries, granola mixture, yogurt, mixed berries, granola and yogurt. Top with maple syrup and toasted coconut. Garnish with a few more berries and sprig of mint.

Yield: 8 to 10 servings
