User Data Deletion

The Instagram feed on tln.ca displays public content from TLN’s official Instagram account. The feature does not require user login and is not designed to collect personal data from visitors. Limited server logs may be created for security and performance (e.g., IP address, user-agent, timestamps).
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
- Provide any details that help us identify relevant server records (e.g., approximate date/time, IP address if known).
- We will confirm receipt and delete any identifiable server logs associated with your request, to the extent retained and identifiable.
Notes
- We only cache publicly available Instagram content and do not store visitor account data for this feature.
- Outbound links to Instagram are governed by Instagram’s own policies and are outside of TLN’s control.
