By David Rocco’s Dolce India
– 2 tbsp. pounded millet
– ½ tsp. salt
– 1 tbsp. ghee or clarified butter
In a small pressure cooker, mix together your pounded millet, salt, and water, stirring constantly to prevent it from getting lumpy. Once it is well mixed heat it up and continue to stir. When it comes to a boil put the lid on the pressure cooker to seal it. Cook it for 5-10 minutes until everything comes together. When it’s done finish it with your ghee and serve. Serves 4.
