Nutella Coconut Brioche French Toast

  • Eggs
  •  Sliced brioche/challah
  •  Sugar
  •  Milk
  •  Cream
  •  Vanilla pods or extract
  •  Cornflakes
  •  Ground cinnamon
  •  Butter
  •  Nutella
  •  Coconut milk (really cold)

Make a sandwich by spreading Nutella on one slice of brioche bread and topping it with another slice of bread.

Melt the butter into a frying pan over medium heat. Dunk the Nutella sandwich into the egg batter on both sides. Next, place it into the bowl of shredded coconut and lightly coat both sides of the bread. Once coated, place the sandwich onto the frying pan and cook for one minute until lightly golden brown. Flip the sandwich, slightly press it down, and cook for one more minute. Remove your perfectly cooked French toast from the pan. Do this process for the remaining three Nutella stuffed sandwiches.

Serve warm with natural maple syrup and a side of fruit.
