TLN was happy to partner with UniversalCare for their annual holiday fundraiser in support of Charity Organizations as 2 Kids With Love.
The hosts for the evening displayed their finest merchandise while guests mixed and mingled, it was an opportunity for everyone in attendance to purchase high-quality pieces, with an even better feeling knowing 10% of their purchase sales would go back to the charity.

As a longstanding champion of The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) and the Smiles of Innocence Memorial Charity TLN was the proud annual media partner of the 20th Anniversary Smiles of Innocence Gala. Over 1400 guests and supporters were in attendance to commemorate this huge milestone. Over the last 2 decades, the memorial charity gala has become one of the leading community-based fundraising groups for the SickKids Foundation having raised close to 3.5 million dollars to date. These funds have helped in many areas of the hospital to better the lives of children everywhere.

This year marked the 125th anniversary of St. Michael’s Hospital, an incredible milestone that was celebrated through the generous support of sponsors who helped raise $4 million for the Slaight Family Emergency Department. St. Michael’s continues to be a healthcare leader and provide innovative care and together we have the opportunity to build a St. Michael’s that will respond to the needs of future generations.

Celebration of the traditional Mexican holiday Day of the Dead

The Peruvian-Canadian Foundation Society hosted an evening of joy, dance, delicious Peruvian gastronomy, and fun in support of project “Yanapanacui”, which provides resources for families and communities in Peru to have free, sustainable access to clean water daily.

The TLN cameras attended the 22nd edition of the Annual Italian Trade Wine Tasting event at Roy Thomson Hall featuring the best wines from all over Italy and 100 leading Italian estates.

The purpose of this event is to reward and recognize the artists, entrepreneurs and local Hispanic talent residing in Canada. It also allows an exchange and meeting between the Hispanic media communication players in Canada, personalities and important promoters and producers of the musical word, art, entertainment and event production.
