Sprouted Chickpea Salad

By David Rocco’s Dolce India 


– 1 cup of chickpeas, sprouted
– 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
– 1 cucumber, chopped
– 1 red onion, chopped
– 1 lemon
– 1 tbsp. chili powder
– 1/3 cup, extra virgin olive oil or QB
– Salt, QB


In a large bowl, mix your chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and the zest of your lemon. Add in the chili powder, salt, extra virgin olive oil, and the juice of the lemon and mix well. Serve. Serves 4-6.
