Key lime ice pops

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 to 2 tbsp. key lime zest or lime zest
1 cup lime juice or key lime juice
1 cup half and half cream (18%) or whipping cream (35%)
1 tbsp. vanilla
Graham wafer crumbs, for coating (optional)


Add sweetened condensed milk, lime zest, lime juice, cream and vanilla to a bowl. Whisk until thoroughly combined.

Pour into ice pop moulds. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours.

Before serving dredge ice pops in graham cracker crumbs, if desired. (Makes 10 ice pops, about 1/3 cup per ice pop.)

Yield: 10 servings.
