INGREDIENTS

Lemonade Concentrate
2 cups water
1 to 1 1/4 cups sugar
Juice of 5 lemons (1 1/4 cups lemon juice)

Spiked Lemonade
Limoncello, to taste
Water or sparkling water, as needed
Ice, as needed
Lemon slices, for garnishing
Mint leaves, for garnishing

PREPARATION

Lemonade Concentrate
Bring 2 cups water to boil. Add 1 cup sugar. For a sweeter lemonade concentrate, add more sugar. Stir. When sugar dissolves, remove from heat. Let cool. Add lemon juice. Stir.

Spiked Lemonade
Pour 1/4 cup lemonade concentrate into a 10 to 12-ounce glass. Add splash of limoncello. Fill glass with water or sparkling water. Stir. Add ice. Garnish glass with slice of lemon and mint leaves.

Yield: 12 servings.
