TLN is a proud partner of Silstar Foundation Walk in the Woods, a family event on the grounds of the Kleinburg Film Studios with a 5KM walk through beautiful rolling hills and valleys along the Humber River. All for a wonderful cause! To date, the Silstar Foundation has raised over $200,000 to support the Dr. Natasha Leighl Lung Cancer Research Fund at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre.

Tln joined the 2017 women’s world champion curling team, Team Rachel Homan and Frontera Energy Corp. at the third Bay Street Bonspiel! A very unique event, which supported two outstanding causes , the Scarborough Hospital Foundation and Ottawa Youth Curlers.

El 15 de Septiembre es un simbolo para celebrar a los heroes de la Independencia. El consulado de Mexico en Montreal celebro este dia e hizo su famoso grito de Independencia.

TLN and Mediaset Italia are proud longstanding partners of Montreal’s Italian Week. The 24th edition of the festival saw record breaking attendance and Mediaset Italia’s very own Antonio Giorgi was on site to take in all the sights, tastes and sounds as one of the hosts.

Highlights included a spotlight on Sicily, authentic Italian delicacies, the “Moda Sotto le Stelle” fashion show, musical performances, art exhibitions and special theatrical screenings of Telelatino’s original documentary Dominique Corti: Un Cammino Per La Vita.

As part of Montreal’s Italian Week festivities, Telelatino Network was proud to showcase a series of special theatrical screenings of its award-winning original documentary Dominique Corti: Un Cammino per la Vita (Dominque Corti: A Journey for Life) produced with Montreal-based production partners Filippo Campo and Roberto Campo of Norwind Film. Telelatino’s award-winning documentary shines a spotlight on great Canadian stories and great Canadian heroes and heroines like Italian Canadian humanitarian ambassadress Dr. Dominque Corti. A truly inspirational success story of Dominque’s lifelong devotion to carrying on the Lacor hospital in Uganda founded in 1972 by her Italian father Piero Corti and French Canadian mother Dr. Lucille Teasdale. For the 13th straight year, the TD Salsa on St. Clair Street Festival had everyone take part in the Fiesta with free dance lessons, live music, authentic cuisine, kid’s entertainment and of course non-stop dancing! This is Canada’s only festival where people do more than just eat and watch entertainment – they dance in the streets – from beginner dancers who come for lessons on the street to semi-pros who are amazing to watch.
